About Me

About Me

I decided to train as a counsellor through my own experience of having therapy for the first time in my mid 20s. I found it hugely beneficial and rewarding as it helped me to understand myself and others better. Having that regular weekly session with someone outside of my world (friends and family) where nobody gave me their opinion or unwanted advice, helped me to figure out my way forward and I left feeling more aware and calmer.
