I am a qualified counsellor with over 10 years' experience. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and have the opportunity to explore what matters most to you. My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth, tailored to your unique story and pace. Together we will gently explore patterns, beliefs or feelings that are holding you back and begin to create new, empowering ways of thinking, feeling and being.

What do I do?
My role as a therapist is to listen to you, ask thought-provoking questions, and offer support and tools to empower you to make life-affirming, positive choices that will improve your emotional well-being. In my work, I draw from a number of different theoretical perspectives, selecting the ones that work best and feel most helpful for the client.
Our work together will be full of empathy, curiosity and compassion as well as gentle challenge. I am told that I am warm, empathic and non-judgemental. My office is the place where you can let your guard down in the safe knowledge that I am here to support you.
