            About Me
The reason I became a counsellor was because of my own journey into therapy as a client in my early 20s. I didn't know what to expect but I knew I needed help in making sense of my feelings and that I was in a lot of emotional confusion and pain.
It was the beginning of a chapter of self-discovery for me and I was able to make sense of the impact of my upbringing, family dynamics, my relationships and so much more.
I have always been interested in human psychology and what makes people 'tick' and am passionate about my clients finding answers, solutions and for them to lead a better and happier life.
My background before training as a therapist was working in media creatively.
